Orders
Purchases are handled by our payment provider, who take the payment, issue the invoice and handle VAT. Anything about an order - an invoice, a receipt, a payment - goes to the address on your receipt; write to us if you are not sure which that is and we will point you at it. Software questions come to us, wherever you bought it - and your card details never reach us at all.
